Figures describe outcomes within a specific engagement and reflect work done alongside each client’s team. They are not projections and do not represent results in other engagements.

THE FIRST TWO WEEKS

Before anything gets built, the work gets mapped.

Every engagement opens the same way. Inside the first two weeks I map who is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed, then sort the open work against an urgent/important matrix. That produces the diagnosis: the pain points, operating failures, and weaknesses that have not surfaced yet—and hands the client back the work only they can do.

From there, the plan comes with real options attached. I advise on it, or I execute it.

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

Start with the end state. Build the system that gets you there.

Work backward from the end state. Name the audit, launch, scale target, or product decision, then find the constraint that would stop it.

Treat quality as a margin lever. Supplier approval, intake testing, traceability, and SOPs reduce waste, labor, COGs, and launch risk.

Build the paper and process together. Documentation belongs inside the workflow and ERP, not in a binder pulled out for an auditor.

Bring the right network. Vetted suppliers, labs, co-packers, and 3PLs shorten the discovery cycle and reduce costly false starts.

Hand back systems the team can run. Training, playbooks, and working tools are designed for the client’s independence.

Make the next decision easier to defend.

Bring the audit, launch, scale target, or operating constraint in front of you. We will identify the system work that moves it forward.
